How to Apply - Public Housing

LAUREL COURT 

Laurel Court will be accepting applications for placement on its Senior Waiting list. The housing consists of one- and two-bedroom apartments in a three-story building with elevators. Laurel Court is a non-smoking facility. 

1- Each applicant family may only submit one application. (a) the head of household, co-head, or spouse must be 62 years of age or older. (b) Applicants must meet income eligibility guidelines. 

2- Waiting list applications will be available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 am - 3 pm at 440 Laurel Ridge Way, DeLand FL, 32724, on September 8, 2022 thru September 30 ,2022 . 

The acceptance of applications will be open until September 30, 2022.

Laurel Villas 

Laurel Villas Apartments will be opening the waiting list for their public housing assistance program on the 15th, 16th, and 19th of September 2022. Applications will be available at Laurel Villas Management Office located at: 

102 Laurel Villas Circle, DeLand, Fl 32724

Monday, Thursday and Friday 10:00am - 4:00pm
